Chicken cream soup

I got tired of the cold, temperatures below 20 and staying at home. It's hard to keep two children at home, but even they understand that we better stay indoors in the heat. We're tired of cooking, we already make it out of plasticine to occupy our time with something. What works best in this cold? Soup!!!

  • 60 gr butter
  • 40 gr flour
  • 500 ml chicken soup
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 chicken breast, finely chopped
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 1 celery stalk, finely chopped
  • parsley, for decoration

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken cream soup:

Melt the butter and add the flour. Mix for 2 minutes or until the flour turns golden.

Remove from the heat and add, pouring the chicken broth gently. Stir until it becomes like a cream.

Put back on the heat and stir until it starts to boil and thicken.

Add chicken breast, milk, sweet cream and celery.

Keep it on the fire for another 5 minutes or until the chicken breast is done.

Season and add parsley.
