Carrot cake

Carrot cake

I cleaned the carrots and passed them through the grater with small meshes. I mixed the flour with the baking powder and cinnamon.

I mixed the eggs a little together with the sugar, then I added the oil and the carrots (squeezed in the palms of the juice). I incorporated flour into this composition, using a spoon.

I greased a cake pan with oil, lined it with baking paper, and put the composition. I put the tray in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for about 30 minutes.

I took it out of the oven, let it cool a bit, then I glazed it with chocolate (I put the chocolate and sour cream on low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture was homogeneous).


I let the cake cool completely, then I craved it !!!

Too bad it didn't turn out bigger, but .. we were repeating the recipe :)
