I cut the pork into pieces of about 4-5 cm. In a saucepan I put the oil on the heat, I added the meat, and I let it fry until it turned white. I added the chopped onion and garlic, I left it to cook for 2-3 minutes, then I filled it with enough water to cover the meat. I covered with a lid and left for about 30 minutes.

In a bowl I mixed paprika, ketchup, delicacy and thyme. I put the mixture over the meat, I added the wine and I let it boil for about 30 minutes. I added hot water from time to time, so that a sauce remained well bound.

At the end I seasoned with salt and pepper and added finely chopped green parsley.

We served it with mashed potatoes, along with a salad of cucumbers, green onions and dill.

Need honey stew

  • 1.5 kg of lamb with bone

  • 2 red cubes

Instructions

Green beans with pork muscles stewed with garlic and tomato sauce. A simple and very healthy recipe but also consistent, the light taste of garlic and soft meat is excellent in combination with green beans, in addition it helps us to have a meal rich in protein and vegetables with a low fat content.

The pork muscle is sliced ​​about 1 cm. Pour 4-5 tablespoons of oil into a saucepan, not too much so that it is not too greasy, even if it is better with more fat.
