Put on a bed of vegetables

The vegetables are cleaned, dried, portioned and placed in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, half a clove of chopped garlic.

The thighs are washed, cut in half, drained well, put in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, mint, cumin (each to taste), the remaining grains, olive oil.

Take a rectangular tray, deep enough. Put the vegetables in the first layer over which the meat is placed on top. The juice formed in the meat bowl is placed in the tray and filled with water. Let it simmer for an hour. Return or fill with water as appropriate.

Add green dill.

Good appetite!

We served it with pickled cucumbers!
