Because the children had a craving for something sweet, I made this cake with what I still had around the house

4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 glass of oil
1 glass of strawberry nectar
1 vanilla sugar
1 baking powder
1 cup oatmeal
as much flour as possible to have the consistency of a fruit cake (cherries and peaches)

RECIPE PREPARATION Fruit and oat cake:

I mixed eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. I added the oil and then the nectar, stirring constantly. I also added flour mixed with oatmeal and baking powder. I poured it into the tray lined with baking paper, put the fruit on top (peach and cherries) and put it in the hot oven.

When it was ready I powdered it with powdered sugar. I don't know how good it turned out, but I can say that it was very good that it disappeared immediately.
