Finally sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cover with butter curls.
Bake in a hot oven at 200 ° C for 30 minutes then let it cool for about ten minutes before turning it out of the mold.

  • We take an opening pan and cover the bottom with parchment paper, then close it again. Now we cover the base with the potato dough, pressing with our hands to compact it. Leave some aside for cover.
  • Now we pour the onion and sausage filling on the base. We add the diced mozzarella, we use the one for the pizza because it loses less water during cooking.
  • Now with the leftover dough we cover everything, take small pieces with our hands and distribute them on the surface. In this way, potato curls are created which will become crunchy when cooked. We finish with a sprinkling of grated bread and a little pepper.
  • We bake the crumbled potatoes and let it cook for 35 minutes at 200 degrees.
