There ice cream tart it's a crafty recipe, as well as delicious, delicious that I have seen online and did not hesitate to reproduce. As you know in the summer with the heat that is the master I love them recipes without cooking that allow you to bring a delicious dish to the table without sweating in the stove or, even worse, having to turn on the oven. So here I add another no-bake cake to my collection of crafty recipes. The base is similar to that of a cheesecake, therefore simple and quick to make, after which you just have to stuff it with ice cream (you can choose a flavor to taste) and decorate with nutella (or fruit, or dried fruit) et voilà, the game is done!
How to make ice cream tart
Finely chop the chopped hazelnuts and set aside.
Also chop the biscuits, then add them, together with the hazelnuts, to the melted butter (in the microwave or in a bain marie).
Pour the mixture into the mold: if you do not have a mold for pies with a removable bottom like mine, cover it with parchment paper leaving it long beyond the edges, so as to easily take out the tart, or use a nice mold, so as to bring in table the tart with the whole mold.
Level the mixture well and compact it well with your hands, both on the bottom and on the edges.
Put in the freezer for 20 minutes, then cover the surface of the bottom with the nutella.
Create many balls of ice cream, place them on a sheet of parchment paper and let them cool in the freezer for at least 20 minutes, then place them on top of the Nutella until the entire surface of the tart is covered.
Return the tart to the freezer for at least another 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Before serving, decorate the ice cream tart with Nutella and chopped hazelnuts (or whatever you like) and serve!
