To make candied ginger at home you need only 3 ingredients and a couple of hours of time, then the rest will come by itself. How to make candied ginger
Peel the ginger and cut it into slices.
Put it in a saucepan with water and cook for 1 hour.
Then drain it and put it in a saucepan with the sugar (there must be an equal quantity of the weight of the cooked ginger) and mix.
Cook for another 45 minutes before lifting the ginger and letting it dry, then roll it in granulated sugar.
Your candied ginger is ready, keep it in a glass jar.
