This herb bread recipe is a recipe that I copied from my mom's Thermomix recipe book, I made the dough by hand, and I used a quick procedure without making leavening and adding a part of milk, but it came very good anyway. This bread keeps fresh for 3-4 days, amazing! If you want to make your own bread at home, get busy and the result will surprise you;)
How to make herb bread
Place the flour in a fountain and pour the tipedida water together with the warm milk with the yeast dissolved in it.
Start kneading the bread vigorously, as soon as everything starts to blend, add the salt, oil and chopped herbs (I also added a little preparation for meat, like Ariosto, so to speak ... if you intend to add it you too, go easy on the salt).
Continue to knead vigorously, folding and folding the dough on itself several times.
Form the dough into a loaf and let it rise indoors for 1 hour in a warm place away from currents.
After an hour, take the dough back and divide it into several parts forming loaves of bread (I made a double dose, this is why all these loaves came, with the dose of the recipe there are 4). Arrange the loaves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, separating the loaves from each other, and let them rise indoors for 1 hour.
Bake the herb bread at 180 ° C in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Wait for the herb bread to cool down a bit before cutting it and bringing it to the table :)
