How to make green chilli meatballs
After washing the green peppers, remove the stalk and seeds and cut them into small pieces.
Heat a little olive oil in a pan where you will brown the green chillies with the garlic clove and a little salt.
Add a few tablespoons of water and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on and over medium heat, turning them from time to time.
Transfer them to a bowl with the egg, salt, Parmesan, thyme and pepper and mix.
Now form meatballs (add breadcrumbs to the dough if it is very soft) and pass them in the breadcrumbs.
Heat some oil in a pan and brown the meatballs.
Serve your delicious green chilli meatballs.
