Gorgonzola puffs are a delicious and tasty appetizer to bring to the table stuffed salty puffs which are prepared with a common choux pastry and then stuffed with a tasty one gorgonzola cream to be served with nuts and honey, a really super combination!

How to make gorgonzola puffs
