This year, like last year, I managed to prepare the oil in time, soaking a spoonful of each plant in vegetable oil for a month & # 8211, in fact, I prepare it in the spring, when the chamomile blooms. It smells very good and is useful, without giving allergic skin or respiratory reactions.

Oranges and cloves & # 8211 not just for Christmas

To avoid mosquitoes entering the house, I use a fairly classic remedy & stick cloves in a few oranges and put them in each room. I use at least 10 cloves / orange, that's how I decorate them.

Also as a repellent you can use an infusion made from the amount of water in a glass (200 ml) in which you boiled and left for about 24 hours cloves. But either at home or on the skin, you would smell less chic than with the plants mentioned above, even if you are big lovers of garlic.

Method of preparation:

  1. Put the nuts in the bowl of a food processor and mix them. Then add flour, butter, a pinch of salt, sugar and mix. Then break an egg on top, pour the vanilla essence and mix a little more until all the ingredients are incorporated. Pour the dough on the table and knead it until it binds well. Cut the dough into two equal pieces and form slightly flattened balls out of them. Wrap them in cling film and refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
  2. Before taking the dough out of the fridge, put the berries in a bowl, add the cornstarch, sugar, vanilla essence and mix in such a way that you do not crush the berries.
  3. Take a piece of dough out of the fridge and spread it in a circle with a diameter of 30-35 cm. Transfer the dough spread on a baking tray lined with baking sheet. Spread ½ of the amount of berries in the middle of the circle, leaving an empty edge of about 7-8 cm. Then pull the edges over the filling, but in such a way that the middle with the berries remains uncovered.
  4. Grease the edges with egg yolk and sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.
